70s bright yellow mini dress with brown, navy and red ribbon stripes to the hem and cuffs. Square neck with small polished button and loop fasteners. Huge balloon sleeve with puffed shoulders and fitted cuffs. Underbust is slightly fitted with a seam to the front from which the skirt falls in small pleats for a loose tunic/skater style fit. No fasteners, pulls over the head. No labels, but commercially made. Polyester.
