Absolutely breath taking 50s Horrockses Fashions cotton dress in a light mint blue with a summery floral print of stemmed yellow flowers and smaller pink bud sprigs with stems and leaves. Dress is back buttoned and has an interesting neckline with a wide cowl drape and tie straps. Fitted waistband, with hook and eye to secure at the back. Full circle skirt sewn in small gathers, with concealed slot pockets to the side seams. Really delightful piece, Horrockses just never disappoints! The print is stunning.

CONDITION
Good condition.
-Hem is handsewn, so has probably been taken up at some point. There is one small uneven darn to the hem, but the skirt is very full, so not easy to spot when worn, see photo.
-A few tiny scuffs in the cotton. A couple of small spots of wear to the waistband, see photo. One tiny fray hole below the waist, in the gathers of the pleats, also shown.
-One faint mark on the bodice and a two small rust? marks near the hem of the skirt, again, due to the fullness you really have to search to find these.
