Classic little 40s dark blue rayon dress with a soft floral print in blush pink and light cream, green and baby blue. Softly flared skirt with an asymmetric overlay to the front with a draped design. Soft and light to wear, and a lovely floral.
The dress is not labeled with a size but fits approx like a M-L depending on desired fit. For your best fit please refer to the measurements.

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 15"
(There is a 0.5" hem on this)
A bit of a wounded bird and priced to reflect this, but still wears well:
-Some alterations, quite hard to work out what has been done but these things are worth noting: Cuffs have been handsewn and the sleeves shoulder seams look like they have been altered. Not the neatest work internally, and cuff lenth possibly a little bit uneven, but not too noticeable when worn. Waistband is finished with a running stitch, which I suppose could be original, but it's not the usual waist seam finish I've seen in 40s dresses and looks a little bit untidy so I'm suspecting that this has been done later.
-One small patch repairs to the shoulder, see photo. And one a bit messier darn under the arm above the zipper. Underarm fabric is a little bit worn.
-Some faint age marks to the bodice, mostly noticeable to the white areas in the print, see photo, but not too obvious when worn.-Some tiny signs of seam straining to the bodice darts and some tiny tiny little scuffs/pin prick holes to the rayon in places, but these are miniscule.
