Super cute little late 50s novelty skirt by St Michaels. Blue and white striped bands with little black silhouetted figures of groups of girls and boys with a lady and gent greeting, the boys lifting their hats to say hi, and the girls carrying balloons. There are also children on donkeys or ponys. Fitted waistband with elastication to the back. Metal zip and button fastening. Full fit.

Very good condition. Some tiny faint marks, see last photo, not at all noticeable when worn.
-Zipper has been replaced but with a vintage metal zip in keeping with the era.
