Oh this print though! Late 50s or early 60s cotton shirtwaister in a soft cream colour with the most amazing bird print. So many details to this print which also features the names of some of the species and a large centrepiece of a Cuculus with her egg to the back bodice. Soft autumnal tones in subdued browns, greens, reds and blues. So lovely! Bodice has a small collar to the neck and four larger semi-clear buttons to the chest. Short/half sleeves (with a generous 6" hem to work with if needed). Fitted waistband with a concealed hook fastening. Full skirt which is sewn in in narrow pleats and features concealed hip pockets - yay! Label is Country Clothes by Serbin.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.
The dress is not labeled with a size but fits approx like a M-L, waist is more of a M/UK12 but bust would fit a L/UK14-16. Fit is also long waisted so would best suit a taller lady. For your best fit please refer to the measurements.
