Softest early 60s flannel day dress in a rich dark red and black linear check. The bodice is bias cut so has a diamond pattern from the print, whereas the skirt is a straight linear check. Bodice is softly fitted, the natural stretch makes it very comfortable. Short sleeve and high collarless neck. Fitted waist with belt loops but no belt. Full skirt sewn in tight narrow pleats. Back metal zipper to fasten. No labels.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat and a belt which is not included in the sale.
