Lovely little 50s novelty shirtwaister dress in a print of florals and little portraits - one of a soldier and one of a top hatted gentleman and a lady in red historical dress. Lovely colours with vivid contrasts, dark grey base with brighter orange, blue, yellow and brown. Bodice fastens with three small brown shank buttons to the chest and has a neat collared v-neck. 3/4 sleeves with turn up cuffs. Fitted waistband with a matching cinch belt. Skirt is sewn in in pleats, giving it a generous full fit. Side metal zipper fastener. No labels.
The skirt is not labeled with a size but fits approx like a Large, approx a UK14. Please refer to the measurements for your best fit.

-Some signs of seam repairs on the inside but nothing at all visible when worn.
-The belt holes are showing some wear. One of the metal eyelet rings to the belt holes is missing and the others are a bit loose at the back. Last photo is showing both front and back of belt for reference.
