Fantastic bright and bold floral 50s cotton dress. Lovely rich turquoise/blue colour with small white polka dots and big red and yellow roses with lace patterning around them. Fitted bodice with short sleeves and a high square neck in plain blue, adorned with two oversized white shank buttons. Waistline is fitted and comes with a matching slim belt. Skirt is a wide a-line fit, very full, with two patch pockets on the hips, both trimmed in plain blue and finished with buttons. Side metal zipper to fasten. No labels but has a small size tag to the neck so most likely commercially made. Absolute stunner, I love this print.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

CONDITION
Good condition. Presents very well. Some small flaws, but none that detract overly when worn:
-Small area with paint brush marks to the skirt, see photo. This is near the hem on the side of the skirt, just round the side seam on the right side.
-It looks like the pockets have been moved up about an inch and a half. There is some very faint signs of ghost stitches below.
-The buttons are a replacement. I wonder if it originally had covered buttons.
