Wide leg sailor trousers, possibly ex-Navy wear. Wool gabardine with a neat lace up design to the back and a no less than 13 anchor buttons to do up the front. High waisted fit and loose cut / wide legs makes these really flattering to wear. Three small slot pockets to the top of the waist. Slim fitting over the hips. The inside label looks fairly modern, but these are a standard Navy design, I've had very similar pairs dating from the 40s through to the 70s. I love these, still hunting for a perfect pair for myself!
Not labeled with a size, but fits like an Small, but please refer to the measurements.

Hip: 38" at 10" down from waistband
Low hip: 40" at 11.5" down from the waistband approx
