Late 40s / early 50s cotton day dress in a really lovely pale blue, beige and cold purple check print. Bias cut with the pattern matched up to the centre seam in a chevron style. Fitted bodice with collared v-neck and 3/4 dolman sleeve. Nice pleating to the shoulder seam which gives a bit of drape to the bust. Fitted waist and generous a-line full skirt with big sweep and midi length. side metal zipper to fasten. No labels.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

Chest: approx 34" (bodice is sewn with vertical pleats from the shoulder seam, giving the front of the bodice a little bit of fullness, which makes it hard to measure)
