Very warm and veeeeery cosy handknitted 50s/60s wool jumper in fuzzy black wool with slightly rib textured pattern, contrasted with a colourful fairisle band to the neck in primary yellow, red, green and white. High ribbed roll neck. Long raglan sleeve. Small fairisle band above the ribbed waist. No labels. Handknitted piece. Very soft fuzzy wool, so may be a mohair wool blend. Pattern is Paton's & Baldwins pattern 374 from the early 50s.

CONDITION
Good condition. The fuzzy wool texture makes the fairisle pattern a little bit less sharp than a non-hairy wool. No holes or damage that I can find.
