Reddish brown soft brushed rayon cropped blouse top by Jeff Banks. Square neck with patterned bib with little cottages and birds in soft shades of brown, pink and orange. Relly amazing draped balloons sleeves with gathered shoulders and huge darted design which narrows in to a fitted cuff with buttons. Very cropped length, finishes under the bust. Originally modst likely a tunic dress which has been cut down to a blouse.

CONDITION
Good condition, presents nicely, but I'm fairly sure this was originally a tunic dress which has been cut off to make a cropped blouse. It's cute and great for layering, so still lovely, but have priced to reflect.
