Shoulder to waist: 15"
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 15.5"
(There is a short hem on this)
Good condition with some discreet flaws:
-Buttons are a bit faded have some gradiation to the colour.
-Some very slight colour smudging to the underarms and very faintly to the folds of the pleats at the top of skirt and to the ruffles along the placket, but this is very very slight, barely noticeabl when worn.
-Belt has been rebacked with a grosgrain band.
