Four small pearly cone buttons to fasten the chest. Waist is fitted and has a matching cinch belt with buckle. Generous midi length a-lined skirt, sewn in biased panels with big angled hip patch pockets. Side metal zipper to fasten. No labels but looks commercially made. Dating has me slightly stumped - definitely pre-60s, the silhouette and shoulder padding screams 40s, but buttons and belt look a bit more modern.
