Glorious even if a little bit as is salmon pink late 40s gown with a high collarless neck trimmed with black velvet and matching velvet trimmed slot pockets to the hips. Black shank button adornments finish the collar and pockets. The silhouette is very elegant with a fitted bodice with 3/4 raglan sleeve, a nipped in waistline and a lovely full a-line skirt with a central front pleat. Side metal zipper fastener and short back neck zipper. No labels. Fabric feels like a rayon crepe.
The dress is not labeled with a size but fits approx like a XS-S. For your best fit please refer to the measurements.
Shoulder to waist: 16"
Sleeve from underarm to cuff: 9"
(There is a short hem on this)
Good wearable condition but a little bit as is with some visible wear:
-2 buttons missing to the collar which have left slight fade/discolouration where they originally were, see photo.
-A few tiny pin holes, one below the waistband and two to the back of the sleeve, one to the back hip of the skirt, none too noticeable when worn. See photo.
-Some slight colour gradiance, a little deeper pink behind the skirt pleats and a little lighter and peachier in tone over the shoulders and sleeves and around the edge of the hem.
-A few faint marks to the skirt which arent easily noticed, except for one, being what looks like a make up smudge below the waist. see photos I've not had this dry cleaned.
Priced accordingly and sold as is.
