I love the versatility of a good crochet dress, the way you can mix and match with different coloured slips, or throw it on over lingerie or beach wear! This one is lovely, with a nice curve hugging fit and a soft golden beige colour. The thread is made from synthetic, possibly with some nylon, it's very light and slinky in texture and has a generous amount of stretch. Loose net weave, completely see through. Rounded neckline with a differently patterned hole looped band and short sleeves with scalloped cuffs. Waist has a drawstring tie to cinch the silhouette in. Straight cut skirt with a very soft flare to the hem. No labels. I would estimate 70s era but the style is quite timeless and as it is unlabeled, it is hard to pin down exactly.
Not labeled with a size, As it is very stretchy it would work for a range of sizes, I would estimate from a UK8-10 to a UK12.
Waist: 26-32" (loosest setting on the drawstring is 30" so I would think that is max waist unless you add a different tie)
Hip: 40" unstretched to 52" stretched
Length: 48" (this will shorten as the dress stretches on the width)
Very good condition.
