50s novelty skirt in a dusky blue and white with a border print of Dutch cyclist with dogs and very large windmills. High fitted waistband. Full skirt sewn in wide pleats. Metal zipper to fasten and a popper fastened waistband. No labels, possibly handmade. Hidden slot pocket to the side seam.
