UK SHIPPING
All UK items will be sent with the Royal Mail Tracked service for a guaranteed delivery. Tracking details can always be provided. If you would like any details, or other options, don't hesitate to get in touch. 

UK Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2 days and the 24 service has a 1 day delivery aim, but neither of these are guaranteed, so will occasionally take slightly longer. 

  

INTERNATIONAL MAIL

US ORDERS

US orders are shipped with the Royal Mail Tracked service, which is tracked from door to door. Shipping estimate is approx 7-9 days but can take longer.

US postage charges includes all tariffs and import costs, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

All international mail will be sent with the ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR or the ROYAL MAIL TRACKED service (depending on destination). 

Approx delivery times for international mail for the EU is approx 7 working days, and for all other international orders 7-14 days. During high demand periods or unforseen customs delays this occasionally can take longer. If you need your item urgently or your order is time sensitive do get in touch, and I will advice. 

For international orders (excluding US) Charges such as Value Added Tax (VAT), Customs Fees, Duties, Handling Charges, or Other Charges imposed by your country when you import goods are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are between you and your country and are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

RETURNED TO SENDER
Please note that for any mail that has been returned to sender due to a failure of the buyer to collect it from the post office on time, will incur an additional postage fee to re-ship.  

       

TRACKING

All orders are shipped with tracking. For further tracking updates, the tracking number can be entered into on Royal Mails website - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/  which also has a link to for the tracking on their local delivery partners website for international orders. I recommend checking the tracking to avoid missed deliveries or items getting returned to sender due to non-collection.    

 

INSURANCE

All parcels will be shipped with full insurance in case of loss. If a parcel is delayed or suspected missing, Sartorial Matters will file a claim with the Royal Mail and a refund will be issued in full when/if the parcel has declared lost by the Royal Mail. Please note that a claim for missing mail can only be submitted with the RM after 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World.

Insurance does not cover mail that has been delivered. Sartorial Matters can not be held responsible for delivered mail which has been left with a neighbour or in a postman designated safe place. It is buyers responsibility to provide an accurate address and make sure to be present to accept/sign for delivery.
