Black 50s novelty print full skirt with a big barndance / jive party print of swinging couples in bright primary colours as well as smaller couples and trailing musical notes. Fitted waistband, which has been remade, and full skirt sewn in gathers with a metal zip to fasten. Handsewn hem. Handmade piece, and a bit of a make do and mend, waistband has been replaced with a plain black cotton waistband and the metal zip, original vintage, has been added. Still presents beautifully, and suuuuch a great print!
