Lovely deep blue painterly rose print 50s cotton day dress. Lovely colour and big vivid print in shades of blue and green on white. Fitted sleeveless bodice with diagonal v-shaped pleating from waistline up to bust. Wide rounded scoop neck in front and slightly lower cut in th back. Fitted waistband and full skirt sewn in neat narrow pleats. Back metal zip to fasten. No labels.

CONDITION
Good condition.
-Hem has been let down, there is the slightest line about 1.7" up from hemline, but the print is so dark and vivid this is not very noticeable when worn. Hem is finished with a running stitch and zigzag seam internally. Some tiny loose stitches/threads here and there, nothing major.
-Very slight underarm fade. Doesn't really show when worn. Has been freshly laundered.
-May have had a papery petticoat sewn in as there is some trace of this to internal waistband.
