Heavy 40s winter coat by Hotlass Bonnie (such a fun name!). Thick wool in grey, dark red, yellow and cream plaid check pattern. Single breasted fit with chunky burgundy buttons and a neat pointed collar, with button slits to the tips. Strong padded shoulder, classic 40s power silhouette, and long wide sleeve with huge turn up to the cuff. Slot pockets on the waist. Waist comes with a matching cinch belt. There are slits for the belt in the side seam, so this could be worn unbelted at the back, and belted at the front, if you wanted a looser fit, but still a cinched waist silhoutte. Longer length. Slot pockets on the hip. Lined in wool back rayon satin in mauve/lilac, so this is quite a warm coat, perfect for winter weather.

CONDITION
Good condition. Does have some signs of wear, please see photos. Priced to reflect.
-There are some small grazes to the wool scattered about. There are also some small darns, please see photos. Most of these are around the lower part near the hem, but a couple on the shoulders of the sleeves and a few on the hip, one on the collar tip and one or two on the front body. Most are very small pen tip sized, but one slightly larger darn near the hem on the side of the coat. There also some slightly larger grazes/areas where the fuzzy texture of the wool is worn off in this same area. Due to where it is, it's not too noticeable when worn, but it is the most effected part of the coat. See photos.
-Belt buckle is a bit worn, some scuffing and small loose threads.
-One missing button to the cuff of the sleeve.
-One small mark to the hem at the back by the centre seam. One tiny faint mark on the cuff.
-Lining has one area of discolouration/marking to the hem, but otherwise in good condition, very strong and wearable.
