Chic little 2 piece suit by Mornessa for Richard Shops. Sharp black/dark grey and white textured stripe to the jacket. Single breasted design with a single front button and a deep v-neck to the jacket. Wide notch lapel with contrasting dark grey worsted to the back and upper collar. Long sleeve. Nicely darted waist and shallow hip pockets with small strap and button design. Fully lined in a dark grey silky rayon. Matching skirt comes in the dark grey worsted of the collar with a snug fitting waist and darted hip and a fitted skirt with back vent for movement. Metal zip and hooks to the side of the waist to fasten. Unlined.
SIZE
The suit is not labeled with a size but fits approx like an XS-S, skirt waist is approx a UK6, but jacket fits more like a UK8-10, so a little bit inbetween modern sizes. For your best fit please refer to the measurements.

CONDITION
Good condition. Slight mark on the hip of the jacket and the cuff, both shown, quite light so not easily noticeable in the op art effect of the stripes. Waist button is intentionally sewn a bit loose, but could be resewn if desired. Skirt hem looks like it has been taken up - quite neatly with 2.5" hem to work with if needed.
