Stunning and so gloriously soft navy blue leather gloves by Trefousse, France. Beautiful design with contrasting supple leather and finest suede with a scalloped cuffs and small circle pattern. Fits like a second skin. Not sure of era, but would estimate 40s/50s.

Labeled a size 6.75, has a little bit of stretch so might work for a 7 too. Length 9.2". Approx 3.5" across the hand just above the thumb and can stretch to 3.7" tightly, so that should make this approx a size 6.5-7.
