Handmade grey, yellow and white plaid cotton dress with a shirt style bodice with high standing necklien and loose fitting 3/4 sleeve. Small grey shank buttons to fasten the front. Fitted waist with a matching buckled belt. Gently flared a-line skirt with generous midi length. Perfect day wear dress for autumn. No labels, handmade. I think this is 40s era, bit may also be slightly later and made in a 40s style, always hard to say exactly with a handmade piece, specially when vintage materials have been used.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

Good condition. Handmade piece so some of the finishes aren't factory perfect. Button holes are handsewn. One tiny darn on the hip just below waist, barely shows.
