Fun little 50s fit and flare dress in a speckled black with pastel print of flowerbeds, letters, plant books and little hands holding bouquets. Fitted bodice with princess seamed bust and a high collarless neck. Short sleeve. Waist nips the silhouette in and the skirt flares out into a big full skirt. Back metal zipper to fasten. No makers label but the fabric selvage is printed as "Nostalgia" by Norman Brenner. It appears to have been part of Associated American Artists production and dates to 1954.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.
