This a decadent little 60s sparkler by Blanes. Truly the lushest deep purple velvet, possibly a silk blend, it's so soft and delicate. Empire bust line with square neck and sleeveless cut with luxurious sparkly rhinestones around the neck and underbust. Straight cut skirt with short length. Lined in acetate. Back metal zipper. Label is Blanes. Looks great worn over a blouse too. Truly a fantastic piece.
