Handmade 60s blue velvet cocktail dress. Lovely royal blue shade in a lustrous cotton velvet. Fitted bodice with short dolman sleeve and wide rounded neck with slightly lower cut back. Fitted waistband, snugly cinching the silhoutte in. Skirt has soft hip pleating and a papery stiffening petticoat with lace trim underneath, giving it a firm fullness, that holds the shape really beautifully. Back metal zipper to fasten. No labels, handmade.
