Deep royal blue 60s party / cocktail dress by Richard shops. Thick sumptuous velvet, lined to the bodice and with a slightly stiff interfacing fabric to the skirt to make it hold the shape beautifully. Bodice is fitted and has a wide rounded neck and sleeveless arms. Waist cinches the silhouette in and has thick rolled piping band and two bows on either side. Skirt is a softly full, with gathers to the hip seam. Approx knee length or just below. Back metal zip to fasten.
