
Beautiful white and black patterned 50s dress by Carnegie with contrasting colourful floral rose trims in vivid green, red and yellow to the square neckline, and vertically down the pleats on the skirt. Fitted drop waisted bodice with sleeveless design and a nipped in natural waistline. Dropped waistband, sits on the upper hip with a very full skirt sewn in a mix of thick gathers and neat pleats, with a nice use of the print of effect. Back metal zipper to fasten.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

CONDITION
Good condition.
-Slight bit of fade to the cotton , pretty even but slightly more so to the shoulder seams.
-Some minor, not very visible, wear consistent with age. A couple of seams with tiny tiny handstitches on the waistband and side seam. Nothing really visible unless closely examined.
