California Cottons crisp white full skirted sun dress with a lovely print of dusky yellow, orange and blue paisley print with ornate framing bands. As aways with 50s pieces, great use of pattern and placement to create a patterned edge to the neckline and two vertical mirrored bands to the front of the bodice. Beautiful silhouette with a fitted bodice, slashed neckline in front and deeper v-back. Shoulder straps have a twisted effect where they attach to the collar. Snugly cinched in waistline and very full skirt, lined with a canvassy cotton petticoat for added fullness. Back metal zip to fasten.
