Lovely autumnal checked late 50s skirt suit. Lightweight grey wool with a fine checked pattern in lilac, purple and lighter ash grey. Beautifully fitted jacket with nipped in waist and a high peter pan collar. Lovely curved pockets to the hip and a smaller decorative pocket to the chest. Long sleeve with turn up cuffs. Six small buttons to fasten to the front. Lined in mauve crepe type rayon. Comes with the matching straight cut skirt with a concealed zipper and button to fasten. Skirt is unlined and has a short back vent.
