Sweet late 40s / early 50s handmade novelty skirt. White with turquoise, black and brown large hat print with polka dot ribbon ties. Fit is quite full with wide box pleats to the waist. Wide waistband which fastens to the side with two popper buttons and a small hook and eye. Side metal zipper to fasten. Fabric is of similar weight and texture of cotton, but feels like a soft rayon possibly.

Good condition.
-Two small holes to the back seam below the zipper, see photo. Another tiny little scuff in the fabric, also pictured.
