Fantastic 50s two piece in ablue cotton with a painterly impressionist print of ballet dancers, I think loosely based on Degas. Soft shades of orange, yellow, lavender and pink in chalky strokes. Blouse has a scoop neck with small bow in front and a fitted cut with a side metal zipper to fasten. Skirt is a full fit, sewn in narrow pleats with a generous fullness and length. It has a fitted waistband which fastens with hooks and eyes, and an open slit beneath with a popper button to close. Neither piece is labeled. Really lovely set, great print for the art lovers.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat and black belt, neither of which are not included in the sale.
