40s soft rayon dress in grey and blue with a fun novelty print with stylized drawings of street scenes; ladies with parasols walking poodles, horse and carts, street lamps and poster poles. Fitted bodice with short sleeves and collarless v-neck. Fitted waistband and lovely full-ish midi skirt sewn in inchwide pleats. Fastens to side seam with popper buttons. No makers labels, possibly handmade.

CONDITION
Good condition with some small signs of wear. The skirt is in very good condition whereas the bodice has more wear. Please note the following and see all photos.
-Slight straining to bodice darts.
-Scattering of slight holes to the back of the shoulder and neck. And some small scuff holes to front of bodice mostly by the side seams.
-Slight wear and reinforcing stitches to bottom of underarm and top of zipper and dip of v-neck.
-A few very slight tiny marks, none particularly obvious or noticeable when worn, as all very slight and small.
-Handmade, I think, and neck and sleeves are finished with bias bands and handsewn internally. Hem is also handsewn, and I think it may have been rehemmed.
