Empire bustline with six small decorative clear buttons to the front and a high v-neck with big collar. Short sleeve with turn up cuff. Wide fitted waistband and full a-line skirt sewn in four panels. Side metal zipper to fasten. No labels but looks commercially made. Soft sheer synthetic fabric. The print is great, little dancing rock n'roll couples, swirls of musical notes, little dogs and men on benches - just so much fun!
