Early 60s cotton dress in a big bold brown floral print. Silhouette still retaining a lot of the 50s, with a nipped waistline and full skirt. Fitted bodice with subtly dropped waist and a wide rounded neck. Double darts to the waistline to cinch the silhouette in. Skirt falls from the dropped waist in small gathers, it's lovely, very full! Interesting little sash detail to one side with looped tassles to the edges. Back metal zipper to fasten. No makers label but small care label to the neck (which reminds me of similar I've seen on Victor Josselyn). Really nice quality cotton, bright and lustrous.

Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.
