Very Bardot little late 50s summer dress in a lilac and white gingham check. Fitted bodice with a deep square neck and back and a gathered design to the front of the bust wiht waffle cotton trim and bow. Fitted waist and full skirt sewn in double box pleats. Very full with no less than four patch pockets to the front. Back metal zipper to fasten. Fabric is a light, very slightly see through fabric, does not feel like pure cotton, but possibly a cotton and synthetic blend. No labels.

CONDITION
Good condition. A couple of tiny darns on the hem, see photo. Hem has been let down leaving the slightest crease line and a few tiny pin holes where the old stitches were.
