Sweet little bright painterly check cotton day dress in green, blue, turquoise and yellow. Scooped U/square-ish neckline and short sleeve with a snug fitted bodice and waist. Front of waistband has to plain dark blue straps sewn into the bust darts to tie up at the back and cinch the silhouette in. Full skirt sewn in inchwide pleats. Back metal zipper to fasten. No labels. Really cheery colours and great silhouette. Crisp cotton.

CONDITION
Good condition with some alterations/repairs, but still presents well, nothing too obvious when worn.
-Hem has been altered at some point, and let back down. Small handsewn hem internally.
-Inside of cuffs have been finshed with bias binding which is not original but the the design and length is, just had to replace the interfacing fabric as this was damage. Neckline has also had some sort of alteration, but very hard to say what has been done, there is a small dart added to the centre front which is not original and I suspect this may have originally had a trim to the front of the bust, which has been removed? but really hard to work out, and same as the cuffs, this isn't anything very noticeable when worn.
