Dark blue late 50s fitted suit, very elegant, with a hourglass jacket and matching wiggle skirt. Jacket has a very nipped in waistline and a round neckline with a slim collar. Half sleeves, Single breasted fit with small covered matching buttons. Nicely darted with a princess seamed bust. Fully lined in blue satin. Skirt is high waisted with diagonal hip darts and a fab double kick pleat at the back. Fully lined. Side fastens with a metal zip and button. Fabric is labeled Tissue Eponge, it has a crepe like texture almost like a fine boucle.
SIZE
The suit is not labeled with a size but fits a lot smaller in modern sizing, approx like a Small, I would advice for a UK8-10. For your best fit please refer to the measurements.
