Sweet Spring/Summer handmade late 50s / early 60s cotton day dress in a really lovely bright orange gridwork check with stylized Mid Century rose print on top in turquoise, blue and rich purple. Fitted bodice with a high square neck and short sleeve. Handsewn white trim to collar with two decorative buttons. Fitted waistband and sweet full skirt with two patch pockets on the hips, trimmed in white and smaller matching buttons. No labels, looking at construction internally I think handmade. Inset back metal zipper to fasten.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.
