Absolutely delightful bold yellow two piece dress set consisting of a blouse and skirt. Textured cotton with a fun scenic print of Venice sights - bridges and gondolas, St Marks Basilica. Rialto bridge, and the Ancient statue of St Theodore. Bodice has a high slashed neck and wide shoulders and a slim fitting darted waist with a side metal zipper to fasten. Skirt has a fitted waist and a gloriously full silhouette, sewn in gathers with a ruffled tier near the hem. Fastens with a metal zip. No labels, I think both pieces are handmade but to a high standard.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

CONDITION
Very good condition. Nice crisp and bright. Waistband on the skirt has been extended slightly, done with matching fabric so very discreet, barely shows. One small section of the hem has strip taken out and finished with a bias band, obviously doesn't show when worn.
