Elegant green checkered light cotton dress from the 1950s by Vicky Vaugn. Gorgeous cotton with green checks and small textured bobble pattern. Neck and is finished with a high neck and a broderie anglaise band with checkered lace bands and green grosgrain ribbon. Bodice is fitted with a darted bust and fastens to the back with white buttons. Waist cinches the silhouette in and the skirt is very full with a generous midi length and a small lace and grosgrain band running over the upper hip. Side metal zipper to fasten.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

CONDITION
Very good condition. One small mark on the back the buttoning. Slight wear to the grosgrain ribbon and one tiny tear to where the ribbon attaches to the side of the arm. Dress has belt loops but is missing the original belt. Both shown.
