Lovely cotton day dress in white with a black and yellow stemmed rose print. Fitted sleeveless bodice with a wide square neck. Fitted waistband and full midi skirt sewn in gathers. Side metal zipper to fasten. No labels, just a small size tag to the back of the neck. Approx early 60s era, but still very much in the vein of the 50s.
Dress is shown with a belt and petticoat, neither of which are included in the sale.
SIZE
The dress is labeled to fit a 42" hip but fits approx like a modern day L, approx a UK14 in my estimation. For your best fit please refer to the measurements.

CONDITION
Very good condition. Some very light even fade consistent with age, nothing very obvious. There is also a small repeated print anomaly to one of the rows of roses, again very minor, but just mentioning for accuracy. One tiny pen tip sized mark, and an very small darned nick in the fabric.
