Light and airy 70s Indian cotton dress in a beautiful raspberry red colour with a pink paisley and leaf print with hints of gold paint. Bodice is fitted to the upper shoulders with a bigger paisley print trimmed in bias ribbons and finished with a small keyhole slit with ties. Long loose fitting sleeve. Dress falls freely from the bust down, sewn in gathers for a floaty tunic feel. Hem is finished with a small ruffly tier. No fasteners, pulls over the head. 100% Indian cotton.

CONDITION
Good condition.
-One mark below the underbust and a couple of faint smudges further down the skirt, which hide well in the fullness. Very slight bit of underarm fade. I've given this a gentle handwash but have not attempted spot treatment.
-Some signs of seam repairs and seam straining internally around the arm hole and bib but this isn't very visible when worn. Some machine done repairs to seams.
-Cuff elastic has stretched out and is no longer tight, but this would be easy to replace (or perfectly wearable as is).
-The gold paint to the cotton has tarnished a bit with age, and is a bit dark/green tinged.
