Elegant and beautifully draped 40s graphite grey maxi evening dress by Dubarry. Beautiful bodice with a high collarless neck, short dolman sleeve with padded shoulder and pretty silver sequin and black bead feather decoration across the front and shoulder. Dress has a fitted waistband with a matching cinch belt. Small keyhole buttoning to the back of the neck. Striking floor length skirt with a wrap design and a pleated waterfall drape to the side of the hip. Soft silky rayon. Side metal zipper to fasten.

CONDITION
Good condition.
-Hem is handsewn so may have been taken up at some point.
-Slight marks above the waist, quite faint. One small red smudge on one of the pleats below the waist, see photos. Tiny bit of pinkish hue/fade above the waistband, but this is quite slight. Also a couple faint spots around the neck/shoulder. Slight fade hidden in the pleats/drapes of the skirt.
-Belt buckle very slightly pink in hue.
-One tiny missing bead, that I can find, but otherwise beadwork looks intact.
All in all still presents beautifully.
