Bold black and white 50s skirt by Goodman Sportswear. Very New Look, with a full circle sweep. Fabric feels like rayon with a very stiffening white strip and polka dot border flocking pattern. High snug fitted waistband with metal zip and hooks and eyes to fasten. Full sweep with a short running stitch hem. Looks spectacular with a petticoat, and total swirl magic!
