Really lovely 50s full skirt in panels of black and green with ricrac trim. High fitted waistband with Elite metal zipper and button to fasten. Lovely full fit, sewn in neat tiny pleats to the wastband. Fabric feels like a cotton sateen. No makers labels but looks commercially made.
Skirt is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

The skirt is labeled a size 38 but fits approx like a 25" waist. For your best fit please refer to the measurements.
