Whimsical handmade 50s novelty skirt in pastel blue with a green, orange and purple print of Russian style tassle dolls. Fitted waistband which fastens with small popper buttons and two hooks and eyes to the waistband. Full fit and just below knee length. No labels, handmade piece.

CONDITION
Good condition with some flaws.
-One smudged mark to the front near the hem, see last photo.
-Hem has been taken up in the past, and restored back to the original length. There is a faint crease line where the old hem were.
-Skirt is handmade and some of the finishes are a bit inexpertly made, the gathers/pleats to the waistband are a little uneven for example.
