Skirtex novelty skirt in grey cotton with lovely pastel scenes of Victorian people, possibly at the races. There are pink, blue and yellow ladies with parasols, top hatted gents and horse riders in the distance. Lovely three tiered design with generous fullness. High fitted waistband with metal zip and button. Silhouette and style clearly 50s inspired but label looks like early 70s. Great little playful summer skirt, definitely incorporates well into a 50s wardrobe.
