Dramatic goldenrod yellow and soft cream semi-abstract floral print 1930s dress with the most striking details. This is such a dream piece, the colour is still so vibrant and the silky hugging bias cut is perfection! Dress has a v-seamed underbust and a high square neck with sewn in pleating to the back of the neck and shoulders which create the loveliest flared cape sleeves. Bias cut maxi skirt. Side seam fastens with popper buttons. Comes with a matching belt with big buckle. Not sure of fabric content, could be silk or imitation silk. It's light and delicate, and hangs beautifully. No labels, appears tailor made or very accomplished handmade.

CONDITION
Good condition with some small signs of wear: A few tiny tiny pin holes, most too small to really show when worn, one under the arm and one one the sleeve, slightly more visible, though hardly detracts. One v-shaped repair to the skirt where this looks like it was caught on something. A couple of faint marks to the back of the skirt, all shown. Has been handwashed. Priced to reflect.
